Account Data: Name, email, company name when you register. Usage Data: API call counts, room durations, participant counts, bandwidth consumption. Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device info for security and debugging.
We use collected information to: provide and maintain the Services; process billing; send service updates; improve performance; detect and prevent fraud; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not access, store, or process the content of your video or audio streams. Media is routed through our SFU infrastructure in real-time and is never recorded unless you explicitly enable recording features.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: payment processors (Stripe) for billing; infrastructure providers for hosting; and law enforcement when legally required.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Media streams use DTLS-SRTP encryption. We conduct regular security audits and penetration testing.
Account data is retained while your account is active. Usage analytics are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
