By accessing or using Synora's services, APIs, SDKs, and website ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
Synora provides real-time video and audio streaming infrastructure, including but not limited to: client SDKs, server-side SDKs, REST APIs, media servers, analytics dashboards, and developer tools.
You must register for an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You agree not to use Synora Services to: (a) transmit illegal, harmful, or offensive content; (b) interfere with other users' access; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer our infrastructure; (d) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (e) resell access without authorization.
Usage-based pricing is billed monthly in arrears. Free tier usage is subject to the limits described on our Pricing page. Synora reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
Your use of Synora Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not store or access the content of your media streams. Usage metadata is collected for billing and analytics purposes.
Synora retains all rights to the Services, SDKs, documentation, and trademarks. You retain all rights to the content you transmit through our Services.
Enterprise customers are covered by our SLA. For free and growth tier users, Synora will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain 99.9% uptime.
Synora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate at any time. Synora may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
