Synora guarantees 99.9% monthly uptime for all paid plans. Uptime is calculated as the percentage of total minutes in a calendar month during which the core Services are available.

The SLA does not apply to: scheduled maintenance (announced 48h in advance); force majeure events; issues caused by customer's infrastructure; or free tier accounts.
Submit a claim within 30 days of the incident to support@synora.live with your account ID and a description of the downtime experienced.
